Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Pool Tracker (also branded LoL Champion Helper) is a web application at https://pooltracker.leaguecoachmerch.com that helps League of Legends players build a champion pool, log practice, and track improvement (the "Service"). The Service is operated by the LeagueCoachMerch team ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One person per account. Do not share accounts or automate access.
• You may delete your account at any time by emailing us (see section 10).

3. Free and Pro plans

The core Service is free and supported by advertising and affiliate links. A paid "Pro" subscription removes advertising and adds the benefits listed on the pricing page.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's consumer terms also apply to the transaction.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing portal; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change with notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review a refund.
• Pro does not provide any in-game advantage and is not a Riot Games product.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content or data from the Service.
• Attempt to access another user's data or circumvent security or rate limits.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass or impersonate others.
• Resell or redistribute the Service or its data without written permission.

5. Your content

Notes, session logs, and pool data you enter remain yours. You grant us a licence to store and process them solely to operate the Service. You can export your data from the account page at any time.

6. Riot Games

Pool Tracker is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Champion data and images are provided by Riot's Data Dragon and the Riot Games API under the Riot Games developer policies. When you import match history, you authorise us to request your public match data from the Riot Games API on your behalf.

7. Advertising and affiliate links

The free plan displays advertising. Some links are affiliate links (including Amazon Associates); we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Recommendations are our own and are not influenced by advertisers.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Matchup tips, scores, and recommendations are opinions and heuristics intended to help you practise; they are not guarantees of results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features, or update these terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
